A personalised star-shaped slate Christmas tree decoration, engraved with the name of a loved one, offers a way to honour their memory and keep them close during the holidays. Hang it on your tree this winter, place it somewhere special, hang it at the Hospice on our tree, or gift it to someone this Christmas.
Each star is 9.5cm slate, and is stringed ready to be hung. The stars can be ordered for £5 each.
You can collect your star if you are attending our Hospice Remembrance Evening or you can have it delivered to your home.
How to order a star
Visit our online shop and enter your loved one's name. You can choose to collect it at the Remembrance Event, from our warehouse in Avonmouth, or select for it to be posted.
