Dedicate your loved one's name to our Book of Remembrance. Our calligrapher will inscribe their name into the Book as a wonderful way to remember those close to your heart.
Add a Name to the Book
You can add a name to the Book via our donation page. When you make your donation, please select that it is towards the Book of Remembrance. Please then enter your loved one's name in the way you would like it to appear in the Book.
View the Book
If you would like to view your loved ones name in the Book at one of the remembrance events on 1 or 7 December, then please submit the name(s) by Sunday 17 November. Any entries received after this date will be added to the Book in January for private viewings at the Hospice. Please call to book a viewing 01179159400
