Before you start completing the form, we recommend you take photos of your furniture. You'll be asked to upload photos of your furniture at the end of the form. Unfortunately, without photos it's unlikely that we'll be able to come and collect your items.

Once you have reached the page in the form that requests photos, we have received your request.

However, please help us by uploading some photos of your items. Without seeing photos, it is unlikely that we will be able to come and collect your items.
