Care where it counts - close to home

The Hospice Community Hub is here for you - and the people who care for you - with the support you need to live as well as possible, every step of the way.

Open to adults living with a life-limiting illness, as well as their families and carers, the Hub offers emotional support, practical advice, and uplifting wellbeing activities - from creative workshops like painting and crafting, to simply sharing a cup of tea and a quiet moment with someone who understands.

At the heart of it all is connection - a safe, welcoming space to meet others navigating similar experiences, and to find strength in shared understanding.

Find out how to get to the Community Hub

The Hospice Community Hubs will offer wellbeing activities like crafting. Wayne, who has taken part in wellbeing groups run by the Hospice, said:

"I've found the groups to be very engaging, very thoughtful. And the people are kind. I wouldn't have met these people before, and yet we all live in the same city, maybe even walked past each other before. We all have a common denominator - we're all not well. I've made some nice friends in the group that I'll continue talking to and meeting up with. It's not the end; it's just the beginning."
