We're thrilled to share that we have won HR Zone's Culture Pioneers Learning award. In partnership with Kate Jones, our Learning & Development team reimagined how we grow talent and invest in people here at St Peter's. The resulting leadership training programme has built confidence, connection, and capability across our organisation.

Here's a snapshot of who came and what was achieved:

• Around 100 leaders were put through the training

• The CEO and senior leaders attended every module

• 100% recommendation from attendees

• Coaching culture now thriving across departments

• Employee engagement rose from 75% to 83%

Our People Director, Amy Gillespie, said "I'm so proud of our Learning & Development team, who won this award for building a pioneering learning culture, and for celebrating every success (big or small) across our diverse teams. Our approach has strengthened engagement, reduced turnover and improved performance."
