Brave the chill for Hospice patients.
Whether the idea of dipping into cold water gives you the shivers or you're a cold water regular - everyone is welcome to the Cold Water Dip.
By taking the plunge you'll experience the amazing health benefits of cold water swimming while also supporting patients and their families facing the toughest times.
Take part on your own or gather your friends, families and colleagues to brave the dip together. There's also plenty of room for your supporters to spectate and cheer you on!
Alongside the swim on the day there will be hot drinks, a raffle, pizza and live music to keep you going. And you can enjoy the hot tubs and warm room after your dip!
Your bravery and fundraising will directly support Hospice patients in Bristol and beyond.

The minimum age is 16 years old.
If you have an underlying medical condition including, but not limited to, any heart condition, low / high/ erratic blood pressure, any respiratory condition or if you are pregnant you should seek medical advice before registering for this challenge.
