Cancellations made by St Peter's Hospice
St Peter's Hospice reserves the right to change or cancel the course date/time at any point. If this affects your availability, you will be offered the option to transfer on to another course.
If St Peter's Hospice cancels a course, delegates will not be charged or will be offered a refund if already paid.
Cancellations made by candidates
Cancellations within 14 days of the course will still be charged for unless the delegate opts to transfer their place to a future session.
We can accept named substitutes up until the day before the training.
Where a delegate does not attend a course without cancelling in advance they will still be charged in full.
