Philip, you were a friend through "thick and thin" and I will miss you profoundly. I will never forget the kindnesses you afforded me when I first arrived in the UK and I am so glad that we had all the years of friendship both together and apart.
Will always remember a million smiles (and a thousand mad times) from all those years ago. Sleep well old friend...
