You won't be able to make any changes after you submit your application.

How do you support applicants at interview?

If you require any reasonable adjustments to be made to enable you to take part in or attend the interview, please get in touch with the People Team, who will be happy to help.

How do interviews work?

You will be asked to bring documents that provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. Full details of acceptable documents are given in the invite to interview.

We will also inform you in advance if the interview includes any tests or presentations. It is important to spend time reviewing the job description and person specification to ensure you understand the requirements of the role.

The interview will be with someone with responsibility for managing for the team. There may be an interview panel, depending on the role. This is an ideal opportunity for you to ask any questions.

Shortly afterwards you will be contacted by Recruitment or the recruiting manager who will let you know the outcome.

What happens once I've been offered a role?

All applicants are required to undertake pre-employment checks (references, occupational health etc) before starting their role and to attend an induction programme. For some roles, you may be required to undertake a DBS check.

You will receive a formal offer and contract and be asked to complete some new starter forms so that we can pay you.

A start date will be agreed and confirmed when these checks have been completed.

The recruiting manager for the role will continue to liaise with you throughout the onboarding process and can answer any questions you have about the role and your first day.

Do you sponsor applicants to come and work in the UK?

Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor applicants to come and work in the UK. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK before they apply for a vacancy with us and be able to provide evidence of this.

Do you offer volunteer placement, internship, or work experience opportunities?

Work experience is a great way to learn about a job or an area of work and can be beneficial for people of all ages and backgrounds.
