Welcome to St Peter's Hospice. You may already know that we provide specialist palliative care to adults in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset area. We also support loved ones and carers. 

Our hospice care is free, and for everyone. We're here to support patients from every background. 

A timely referral makes that possible. It means your patient is more likely to meet death in comfort, with dignity and, as far as possible, on their own terms. 

We're here to help you help your patients. Below you'll find clinical guidelines, details of our 24-hour clinical advice line and information about our referral process. 

We're passionate about learning and development – not just for our own teams, but for yours too. We offer a range of courses covering everything from syringe pump management to communication skills for non-clinical staff. Placements are a great opportunity for a deep dive into palliative care and we welcome requests for them.
